Responsibilities / 岗位职责​​

1. 负责研究项目的立项工作，组织开展项目可行性研究，撰写立项报告，组织评审并推动项目立项。
   Responsible for project initiation, organizing feasibility studies, writing project initiation reports, organizing reviews, and promoting project approval.
2. 主导项目执行过程，制定详细的项目计划，明确各阶段任务和责任人，确保项目按计划推进。
   Lead the project execution process, develop detailed project plans, clarify tasks and responsibilities at each stage, and ensure the project progresses as planned.
3. 对项目进行实时监控，跟踪项目进度、成本、质量等情况，及时发现并解决项目中出现的问题，必要时调整项目计划。
   Monitor projects in real time, track project progress, costs, quality, etc., promptly identify and resolve issues, and adjust project plans when necessary.
4. 组织项目评估工作，在项目阶段性节点及结束后，对项目成果、效益等进行全面评估，总结经验教训。
   Organize project evaluations, conduct comprehensive assessments of project outcomes and benefits at key milestones and upon completion, and summarize lessons learned.
5. 管理项目预算，制定预算方案，控制项目成本，确保预算合理使用，杜绝浪费。
   Manage project budgets, develop budget plans, control project costs, ensure reasonable budget utilization, and eliminate waste.
6. 进行人员协调，合理分配项目团队成员的工作任务，协调解决团队内部及与其他部门之间的人员冲突，提升团队工作效率。
   Coordinate personnel, reasonably allocate tasks among project team members, resolve conflicts within the team and with other departments, and improve team efficiency.

Requirements / 任职要求​​

1. 本科及以上学历，项目管理、工商管理、相关专业领域（如能源、科技等，根据公司业务确定）等相关专业，持有 PMP（项目管理专业人士资格认证）者优先。
   Bachelor's degree or above in Project Management, Business Administration, or related fields (e.g., energy, technology, etc., depending on company business); PMP certification is preferred.
2. 5 年以上项目管理相关工作经验，其中至少 3 年以上研究类项目管理经验，有与政府、企业、学术机构合作经验及成果转化推动经验者优先。
   5+ years of project management experience, including at least 3 years in research project management; experience in collaborating with government, enterprises, academic institutions, and promoting results transformation is preferred.
3. 熟悉项目管理的理论、方法和工具，扎实的项目预算编制、成本控制、进度管理知识和经验。
   Familiar with project management theories, methods, and tools, with solid knowledge and experience in project budgeting, cost control, and schedule management.
4. 具有较强的组织协调能力、沟通表达能力和问题解决能力，能有效协调各方资源推动项目进展。
   Strong organizational and coordination skills, communication skills, and problem-solving abilities, capable of effectively coordinating resources to advance projects.
