Responsibilities / 岗位职责​​

1. 负责建立并维护能准确反映各类能源系统（如微管网、智能管网）运行特性的模型与仿真工具。
   Responsible for establishing and maintaining models and simulation tools that accurately reflect the operational characteristics of various energy systems (e.g., microgrids, smart grids).
2. 通过数据计算与模型模拟，分析系统效率、集成、经济性及环境影响，评估方案并提出优化建议。
   Analyze system efficiency, integration, economics, and environmental impact through data calculations and model simulations, evaluate solutions, and propose optimization recommendations.
3. 基于建模与分析结果，为能源政策制定与技术路线图规划提供科学依据和数据支持。
   Provide scientific basis and data support for energy policy formulation and technology roadmap planning based on modeling and analysis results.
4. 负责能源系统相关数据的准确采集、处理及分析报告的撰写与归档。
   Responsible for accurate data collection, processing, and writing and archiving of analysis reports related to energy systems.
5. 跟踪能源建模与分析领域的前沿技术，探索其实际应用价值。
   Track cutting-edge technologies in energy modeling and analysis, and explore their practical application value.
6. 与内外部相关方沟通协作，获取需求、分享成果并共同推动分析工作进展。
   Communicate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to obtain requirements, share results, and jointly promote the progress of analysis work.

Requirements / 任职要求​​

1. 本科及以上学历，能源与动力工程、电气工程及其自动化、系统工程等相关专业，硕士及以上学历优先。
   Bachelor's degree or above in Energy and Power Engineering, Electrical Engineering and Automation, Systems Engineering, or related majors; Master's degree or above is preferred.
2. 2 年以上能源系统建模与分析相关工作，有微管网、智能管网建模与仿真经验者优先。
   2+ years of relevant work experience in energy system modeling and analysis; experience in microgrid or smart grid modeling and simulation is preferred.
3. 具备扎实的能源系统相关专业知识，熟悉能源系统的构成、运行原理及各类能源特性。
   Solid professional knowledge of energy systems, familiar with the composition, operational principles, and characteristics of various energy types.
4. 掌握能源系统建模与仿真的常用工具和方法，具备较强的数据分析能力，能够对能源效率、经济性、环境影响等方面的数据进行深入分析和解读。
   Proficient in common tools and methods for energy system modeling and simulation, with strong data analysis skills, capable of in-depth analysis and interpretation of data related to energy efficiency, economics, and environmental impact.
5. 熟悉能源行业相关政策和技术发展趋势，了解政策制定和技术路线图规划的基本流程。
   Familiar with relevant policies and technological development trends in the energy industry, and understand the basic processes of policy formulation and technology roadmap planning.
6. 具有严谨的工作态度和较强的责任心，较强的学习能力和创新思维，能够快速掌握新的建模工具和分析方法。
   Rigorous work attitude and strong sense of responsibility, strong learning ability and innovative thinking, capable of quickly mastering new modeling tools and analysis methods.
