    Responsibilities / 岗位职责​​

    1. 负责评估新能源技术对环境的影响,重点关注碳排放、生物质资源利用等方面,构建科学的评估体系和方法,撰写详细的环境影响评估报告。
      Responsible for assessing the environmental impact of new energy technologies, focusing on carbon emissions, biomass resource utilization, etc., establish scientific evaluation systems and methods, and write detailed environmental impact assessment reports.
    2. 深入研究国家与地区的能源政策、法规、补贴机制,全面梳理政策要点、适用范围及变化趋势,形成政策解读报告,跟踪国内外新能源领域环境与政策的最新动态,及时捕捉可能对公司产生影响的信息。
      Conduct in-depth research on national and regional energy policies, regulations, and subsidy mechanisms, comprehensively analyze policy key points, scope of application, and changing trends, and prepare policy interpretation reports; track the latest environmental and policy developments in the new energy field domestically and internationally, and promptly capture information that may affect the company.
    3. 结合公司业务实际和新能源行业发展态势,基于环境影响评估结果和政策研究成果,提供具有针对性和可操作性的政策建议与战略咨询方案。
      Based on the company's business reality and the development trends of the new energy industry, provide targeted and actionable policy recommendations and strategic consulting solutions based on environmental impact assessment results and policy research findings.
    4. 收集、整理和分析与新能源环境影响及能源政策相关的各类数据、文献资料。
      Collect, organize, and analyze various data and literature related to the environmental impact of new energy and energy policies.
    5. 分享研究进展和成果,参与研究计划的制定;负责研究报告、政策解读等文件的撰写、校对和归档工作。
      Share research progress and results, participate in the formulation of research plans; responsible for writing, proofreading, and archiving research reports, policy interpretations, and other documents.

  • 任职要求

    Requirements / 任职要求​​

    1. 硕士及以上学历,环境科学与工程、能源经济、公共政策等相关专业。
      Master's degree or above in Environmental Science and Engineering, Energy Economics, Public Policy, or related majors.
    2. 3 年以上新能源领域环境影响评估或能源政策研究相关工作经验,熟悉新能源行业特点者优先。
      3+ years of relevant work experience in environmental impact assessment or energy policy research in the new energy field; familiarity with the characteristics of the new energy industry is preferred.
    3. 具备扎实的环境科学、政策研究等相关专业知识,了解新能源技术的基本原理和应用情况。掌握环境影响评估的方法和流程,能够熟练运用相关工具进行数据分析和模型构建。
      Solid professional knowledge in environmental science, policy research, etc., and understanding of the basic principles and applications of new energy technologies; proficient in environmental impact assessment methods and processes, and skilled in using relevant tools for data analysis and model construction.
    4. 熟悉国家和地方能源政策法规体系,具备较强的政策解读和分析能力。具有良好的文字表达能力和逻辑思维能力,能够独立撰写高质量的研究报告和咨询方案。
      Familiar with national and local energy policy and regulatory systems, with strong policy interpretation and analysis skills; excellent written expression and logical thinking abilities, capable of independently writing high-quality research reports and consulting proposals.
    5. 具备较强的学习能力和创新精神,良好的沟通协调能力和团队合作意识,能有效开展协作工作。
